Meet Douglas Simons – Owner & Pressure Washing Expert

My name is Douglas Simons, and I’ve been proudly serving Lincoln Park since 1988. One of my very first commercial clients was Supera Properties at the corner of Halsted and Armitage. While working on their three-story building, I was asked to clean a limestone home on Burling, and from there, my business in Lincoln Park kept growing—one project at a time.

You might be wondering: Do I work in other areas of Chicago? Absolutely. But Lincoln Park has always been my favorite. There’s something special about maintaining the beauty of this neighborhood, and I take great pride in helping homeowners and businesses keep their properties looking pristine.

Over 32 Years of Expertise – And Still Going Strong

For more than three decades, I’ve specialized in pressure washing, power washing, and steam cleaning throughout Lincoln Park and the greater Chicago area. And yes—I still personally handle 90% of the work myself.
