Hello and welcome to the Lincoln Park Pressure Washing About Page. In truth, my name is Douglas Simons and I have been performing work in Lincoln Park since 1988. Supera properties on the corner of Halsted and Armitage was one of my first commercial customers in the area.

In fact, while I was performing building cleaning on their 3 story building there I ended pressure washing a limestone home on Burling and so on and so on. You may ask. Do I do work in other areas of the city? Of course, I do. However, I love to do work in Lincoln Park.

I have been performing pressure washing services in Lincoln Park and other areas of the city for over 32 years and yes I still do 90% of the work myself. OK, you may think I may be a bit too old but I did start when I was really young (18) and I still have many years left doing this I hope.

All of my work is performed with a 10,000 steam pressure washer plus many specialty tools such as ladders, chemicals, soaps, extension wands, and lifts. As a matter of fact, I take pride in having great knowledge of what process and soap to use on every surface of a building.

For instance, limestone buildings take low-pressure high heat in conjunction with a specialty soap that I have created myself over the years. Also, knowing the difference between atmospheric and biologic pollution. Both contaminants are combated differently.
